Option One customers can use any of the following convenient ways to pay their Natural Gas bill:

Direct Debit is the easiest way to pay your gas bill.  Set it up once, and you need never worry again.  Nominate the financial institution and the account from which you want your Natural Gas bill debited.  Option One will still provide you with your quarterly bill, so you are aware of how much will be debited.  On the due date of the bill that amount will be automatically debited from the account at the financial institution you have nominated.

Direct debit also allows you to set a schedule for regular payments ie. monthly, fortnightly amounts of your choice.

Pay at the counter of any Australia Post office or agency, by cash, cheque or EFTPOS.

Pay with credit card through Westpac by phone on 1300 123 321. Credit cards accepted are VISA, MASTERCARD and BANKCARD.
