If you are moving into a property that already has the benefits of Natural Gas, you have the choice of which retailer you would like to purchase your gas from.  Option One can arrange to transfer the supply into your name to allow you to start using gas with no fuss.  Please contact our friendly staff on 1800 335 677 where we will be happy to assist. 

If you are moving out of a property where you have been using Natural Gas, you should arrange to have your meter read by contacting Option One at least 48 hours before vacating.
